Activity 2 - Break the Ice

Today's class was about giving a little speech in front of some classmates. I have to say that Public Speaking doesn't represent a big problem for me, but I am so happy for having this class where I can practice my English and speak with people that have a very nice level of English. I think this activity was quite simple but I also understand that it was the first one and eventually we will be given harder tasks to complete. I felt a little bit nervous at the beginning but I could handle it. I also liked the fact of knowing  something else about my classmates and I got some surprises from all of them. Hopefully I will get to know them better and share more experiences with them.

My expectations

From my classmates
        We expect everybody to learn everybody's names and we also expect to behave with a deep sense of commitment.

From my teacher
         We expect from the teacher to give her best in every single detail of the class.

From myself
         I expect from myself to keep the enthusiasm for the rest of the semester as if it was this first day.

From this class
         We expect this class to be truly useful for the improvement of our public speaking and academic writing skills.
